On April 11th the time had finally come. The European Edible Cities Network project – abbreviated as EdiCitNet, also known as ECN – held a first real workshop in the Het Klooster building in the Old North. At 11 am there were about 30 people , luckily in the afternoon it was about twice as many.
The management was in the hands of day chairman Ton Legerstee and especially of DRIFT employees Sophie Buchel and PJ Beers. DRIFT is a project agency, part of the Erasmus University, founded by the renowned professor Jan Rotmans.
